Their joint mission is to make quality European education accessible to everyone. This idea came to Victoria after visiting Portugal, where she was impressed by the openness and innovative approach to education. Inspired by the wonderful climate and educational environment of this country, she decided to bring this concept to life.
The goal of "Facultet" is to train 10,000 students, equipping them with in-demand skills that will help them find jobs after completing their studies. Victoria aims to create programs that make education not only accessible but also highly relevant for real-life applications.
Personal Story
In 2023, Victoria attended the Web Summit in Lisbon, one of the largest and most significant technology events in the world. At this conference, she participated in a panel dedicated to the future of education, where she met Stanislav Leto and Ksenia Leto, who were also deeply involved in educational projects. This meeting marked the beginning of a fruitful collaboration.
However, the real source of inspiration for Victoria came from her time studying at the University of Porto. During her studies, she encountered a course focused on integrating digital technologies into traditional education. This course opened her eyes to the vast potential of digital tools in making education more engaging and applicable to real-life scenarios.
One of the most impactful experiences for Victoria was a project she led during her master's program. The project involved developing an online platform that connected university students with local businesses for real-world projects and internships. This initiative not only provided students with practical experience but also helped local businesses innovate and solve real problems.
The success of this project fueled Victoria's passion for making education as relevant as possible to real-life applications. She brought this vision to Facultet, where she strives to create programs that equip students with practical skills and knowledge that directly translate into job opportunities.
Victoria Riabenko believes that by integrating advanced technologies and practical experiences into the educational process, every student at Facultet will be well-prepared for a successful career in the modern world.
