2. Responsibility for Data Processing
Facultét informs users of the website facultet.school about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of users and customers that may be collected by browsing or requesting information through this website.

Facultét will process your personal data for the purpose of completing your booking and providing you with the services you have requested, for administrative and customer services, or where necessary to perform the contract between the user and Facultét.
Facultét may also use personal data for statistical purposes, to enable you to participate in messages, chats, profile pages, blogs, and use other services that give you the ability to post information and materials, to analyze and improve its offerings by identifying usage trends and evaluating the effectiveness of its promotional campaigns.

Facultét, in accordance with legal requirements, has adopted security levels for the protection of personal data and has installed all technical and organizational means at its disposal to try to avoid the alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access to the data.

Users are informed of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition. Each person also has the right to limit the processing of personal data concerning him/her, the right to erasure of personal data transmitted to the data controller, and the right to data portability.
The user has the possibility of lodging a complaint with the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) or the competent body of their respective region when they have not obtained a satisfactory solution in the exercise of their rights by contacting the company.
Unless the user objects, by sending an email to hi@facultet.school, their data may be used, where appropriate, if necessary, to send commercial information from Facultét.
The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
