Ksenia's journey into education began through her partnership with Stanislav Leto on several projects. Their successful collaborations demonstrated the importance of creating enriching experiences for learners. It was during one of these projects that Stanislav introduced her to Victoria Ryabenko, who shared her vision for innovative education.

In 2018, Ksenia attended the Web Summit in Lisbon, a pivotal event that brought together leading minds in technology and education. Inspired by the discussions and innovations presented, Ksenia saw the potential for incorporating dynamic, extracurricular activities into traditional educational frameworks. She believed that blending academic rigor with engaging extracurricular programs would foster a more holistic learning environment.

One of Ksenia’s most significant contributions to Facultet was the development of an international cultural exchange program. This initiative aimed to connect students with peers from different countries, enhancing their intercultural understanding and communication skills. Drawing on her background in intercultural communications and event organization, Ksenia designed activities that were both educational and enjoyable, including virtual exchange programs, collaborative projects, and cultural festivals.

Ksenia Leto’s mission is to make the educational process at Facultet not only beneficial but also interesting. She strives to create an environment where students are motivated and inspired to learn through engaging extracurricular activities. By integrating cultural exchanges, hands-on projects, and interactive events into the curriculum, Ksenia ensures that every student at "Facultet" enjoys a rich, well-rounded educational experience.
